Postpartum Midwifery Home Visit

Licensed midwife home visits offering postpartum recovery support, newborn assessments, feeding help, and early detection of complications.
Information
Evidence-based medical care for mom and baby brought to your home. Every woman deserves full, attentive postpartum care, not rushed check-ins or fragmented support. With in-home postpartum midwifery care, a licensed midwife comes to you to provide medical care for both you and your baby in the environment where you are meant to rest, bond, and heal. Your midwife will assess maternal healing, vitals, and emotional well-being; monitor baby’s weight, feeding, and latch; screen for complications such as postpartum mood disorders, hemorrhage, infection, or dehydration; support breastfeeding or formula feeding with evidence-based guidance; create a customized postpartum recovery plan; offer trusted resources, referrals, and practical support; help you avoid unnecessary ER or doctor visits in the fragile early weeks. This is the level of care routinely provided in countries with the best maternal outcomes. Home-based postpartum care is not a luxury, it is life-saving, preventive healthcare that reduces rehospitalizations, supports successful feeding, improves mental health outcomes, and protects the mother-baby bond. Midwives are licensed medical providers who meet you where you are physically and emotionally so you can truly heal, recover, and be nurtured in the way every new mother deserves.
